Karen Feldman is consistently ranked as a top real estate agent in Suburban Chicago. She attributes her success to her detail-minded nature and 30 years experience in every type of market. Karen believes education is the key to everything in life. Buyers and sellers need to be aware of the fluid marketplace that is ever-evolving and of variables that may become obstacles. The behind the scenes work Karen does, makes a difference in the ease of the transaction. Properties need to be accurately represented and questions need to be answered and absolute. Her expertise in the various areas, schools, markets, personality and negotiation styles, & local governments provides her clients with the guidance they desire and trust. She currently is serving on the North Shore Board of Realtors; Finance committee and the Board of Directors of the NS board of Realtors. As a product of Chicago and its North Shore, Karen attended Loyola University and DePaul University, and did research at the University of Chicago. Her dedication to her studies in Research and Psychology has awarded her with many honors, and the knowledge she gained has lent itself to her career resonating in marketing and data analysis. Karen’s previous experience working on the trading floor of CBOT (Chicago Board of Trade) and CBOE (Chicago Board Options Exchange) has helped her in the act of price discovery, as well as the knowledge of how markets and variables interplay. The detail needed to be successful there while shouldering huge responsibilities, speaks to her character and personality. Her prior experience as a public servant and an elected official, has given her insight on how local governments work and any upcoming plans involving multiple communities, as well as unique negotiation strategies. She does not take the honor of holding people's trust in her lightly and represents her clients with their best interest at heart. Karen is married with 3 kids and lives in suburban Chicago. She is a self-professed artist, gardener, and writer, and prides herself on being creative. Her children have taught her the need for patience and attention that she passes onto her clients. Listening and time are gifts she gives freely to ensure successful transactions as well as future referrals.
