Karen Feldman proved to be a consummate professional, combining financial expertise with marketing capabilities and a keen eye for helping us accurately price, position, and present our home in the best light possible. Prior to the sale or even inking the agreement, she was honest and frank about things we could do to maximize the appearance and appeal of our home. We had several other Realtors we know who were very interested in having our listing, and the advice she provided and her involved yet "low pressure" approach was one thing that secured the listing. The photographer she recommended produced outstanding images, and she was there to guide and assist him. She also was on top of the follow-through in a somewhat unusual double contingency contract, and advised us on what turned out to be an unusual amount of direct communication with the prospective buyer on numerous issues, which provided great peace of mind for us. On a personal level, Karen was a pleasure to work with -- professional and personable.

We would highly recommend Karen to anyone looking for a home in the northern Chicago suburbs. She has a no pressure approach, values quality over quantity relations, take feedback well, and is extremely attentive. We never had to wait long for a response from her. We were seeking a very particular layout that wasn't available on the market at the time we started our search. After we exhausted all listings, Karen went digging for leads and got us in on a showing of a perfect home within its first days on the market. Getting in early was critical to locking in the deal.Karen was also an excellent advisor throughout the deal making process, especially for first time home buyers. She had strong market awareness, was knowledgeable about all phases, and kept an eye out for common pitfalls. She also surrounds herself with other excellent professionals (e.g. lawyer, lender, etc). We were very impressed by the caliber of our entire buying team. We couldn't have done it without you guys!

Karen did a great job helping us find a new home as part of a relocation. We valued her opinion, and she really honed in on what we wanted in a home. She identified aspects of certain houses that were appealing (or not) that we wouldn't necessarily have identified. In addition, we have three children who traveled with us on one of the trips and she included them in the process, telling them about the schools, extra-curricular activities, and the town. This went a long way in helping the kids get comfortable with the. In addition, even after we put a contract on a house to build, Karen was very involved through the build process, sending us pictures, etc... In addition to the great job she did, she is also just fantastic to work with. Overall, we were extremely pleased with Karen, and would highly recommend her.
